I wasn't a fan of the first part, but the more upbeat drums and electric guitar was great! May I ask which VST you used for the solo electric guitar? It sounds really nice :)

Thanks MorganKing, I use Nexus.... The guitars are found in an expansion pack for Nexus funnily enough named "Guitars" lol, it has some great sounding guitar synths on there :)

I really like the drums!
Actually, for hiphop (a genre that I HATE), this song is pretty good! Just a little repetitive, but that's not too hard to fix.

Did you make those intro hats, or is that a loop....? :P
The melodies are good, they just need to be backed up by more bass/counter melodies/drums and percussion/samples/fx. The song sounds kind of empty, and it's quite repetitive.
Other than that, it's pretty good! Keep it up!

One question, where did you get the choir samples from? Or is it a vst? Either way, I'd love to know because I've been looking for good choir samples for a long time :(

I actually used two different choir soundfonts on this song, The initial choir is Flobakks choir. It has significant looping problems, but that can be corrected if you have a soundfont editor or directwave. Second one was Papelmedia Ahh Choir. That one is amazing. Papelmedia has about 7 free soundfonts on their website, and I'm seriously considering buying the soundfonts that they have for sale.

So good, keep it up dude! Only problem with it is that the kick gets kinda drowned out by the synths :/ Other than that, it was awesome.
